Club Costs   

Peak Accel Volleyball 2008-2009 Club Cost    $2000

Does not include travel costs and/or Peak Acceleration Sports Training

 

At the time of all commitments, a credit card number with expiration date is required.

 

Payment Plans:

 

$600 due at tryouts

 

Plan 1: (Entire cost) incentive~

A $200 discount will apply towards your total club cost, only if the entire balance is paid at the time of your commitment.

 

Plan 2: (2 payments) incentive~

A $150 discount will apply towards your total club cost, only if you pay as follows

 

$625    December 1st

$625    January 1st

 

Plan 3: (Payment plan)

$350    December 1st

$350    January 1st

$350    February 1st

$350    March 1^st

 

Payment plans will be signed once agreed and not changed.  If not paid by March 1^st, athletes will not be allowed to participate at Cross Roads Qualifier.
